When Do I Receive My Order?
Once your order has been processed, it will ship from our NY Facility. For orders under $95, a shipping fee of $12 applies; for orders $95, Free Worldwide Shipping applies.

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier, typically taking 8-10 business days to complete. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite the process. If your package is not found by this time, we will replace your order.
