"I contacted MOSCOT regarding a quality issue with my new GRUNYA frame, but I did not receive a proper response. For a premium eyewear brand, the after-sales service has been very disappointing. The frame itself may have good design, but the customer support experience has seriously affected my trust in the brand. I would not recommend purchasing directly from the official website if after-sales support is important to you. It took more than a week to receive a proper response, and the proposed solution still requires me to spend additional time resolving a quality control issue that should never have reached the customer. Update: If the only solution offered is for me to spend my own time arranging an international return for a defective product, then unfortunately this will likely be my first and last MOSCOT purchase. I am also surprised that a premium eyewear brand would suggest that I place and pay in full for a second order before receiving a replacement for a defective item."

Lovely Grunya

"WOW! I loved these, even though I ultimately ended up choosing another frame. The Grunya model is super chic and flattering. And they’re uniquely friendly to high prescriptions due to the round, small lens size. I hope to one day buy another pair. The temples are nice and thick, which was good for heavy activity but did hurt when worn over time. Just something to get used to"

Dark Green Grunya

"My first as expensive frames and I have no regrets! They are very comfy even if somewhat heavier than my old frames.
