"I purchased a gift card online for my spouse for his birthday. I was disappointed that it was just an email code, instead of an actual card. I get it that it is more environmentally friendly not to have a plastic card. Couldn’t it be cardboard? Something that looks nice to give as a gift, rather than just a printout from an email? I would have paid extra for the postage to receive that. I’ve been shopping here for many years, so still love the products. Just think this could be better."

"There are millions of eyewear on the market but very few as unique as Moscot. It was highly recommended to me and I can now say that it was the right choice. Jackie at the Orchard street location was more then patient with me and extremely helpful, as I’m very picky but his service skill showed through guidance and communication which made my visit truly amazing, easy and memorable. I felt very welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for being amazing!"

"Ordered the "Fritz" frames on Thursday evening and they arrived on Saturday...I was so stoked . I haven't taken them off accept to sleep. When I wear them I feel like a record producer or someone that might own a Indy record store. The frame has that right thickness to be cutting edge and I like the black shiny sheen of the frame. I'am extremely pleased."
