Fantastic Company

"I usually don't respond to review request, but in this case I had to. From the very beginning site search and through to the placing of my online order, it has been a great experience. I have not had to contact customer service, but I am pretty sure if I did, they would be very helpful. The quality of these glasses are second to none. I ordered the frames and had my local optician install the lenses; they were blown away with the style and quality. My only problem is that I ordered the 44 narrow, knowing I probably needed the 47 average (as I have a fat head). I am pleased with the overall size, but with my head size, the width is a little problematic...but that's on me. In closing, I will always look to Moscot for my future frames. From their top notch style, quality and presentation, I could not be happier. In a world that continues to move towards mediocrity, its good to know there is a company like Moscot that continues to focus on quality. Great work Moscot!!!"

Amazing optics. Fantastic service

"I had a tough change in vision due to a recent accident and looked to Moscot for my optical needs. I ordered the Greps in Honey/Tortoise. I wasn't disappointed, at all. I COMPLETELY recommend Moscot and the Greps model. I needed newly prescribed prism lens and I chose transition lens, as I typically choose. Moscot order time page had me worried with a 20+ day wait time given the aforementioned lenses. I got my eyes checked in the hospital, ordered them in the hospital and they showed up 3 days after my 3 month hospital stay discharge after an unfortunate literal fight for my life (what a delightful treat to order my dream glasses after all that!) for a total of 5 TOTAL weekdays til delivery after I placed the order; I couldn't of been more elated with the speedy turnaround to get my favorite Moscot model in my hands so quickly. I was graciously pleased with customer service's leniency toward my next business day order change from a base color of transition lens to a premium cost transition lens color; emerald. I had been on the fence about a cost for simply the color of transition and decided to go through with it after sleeping on it. Luckily, as I've found is common at Moscot, I connected with the same woman I placed my order with over the phone previously and she recalled all the details of our previous conversation and allowed my late transition lens color change. She also stated that shipping times have decreased drastically. I was told to wear my glasses full-time by the optometrist, with my newfound double vision causing issues, but boy, these Greps made that easy! I can't wait to show these puppies off every time I walk out the door! I'm so excited to wear them and the frame makes it bearable to keep them on comfortablely all day long. The arms at the end of each have gripping hash marks that keep them close to the head on snug and secure! The lens are nice and wide, so I can always see through the glasses without worry of cut off of improved vision or peeking at the edge of the lens frame! I'm so happy with the quality of the mid tier lens as well, both thickness and quality. I'm enthused about the premium transition quality over competitor's transition lens, as well. Overall, I'm quite amazed by the craftsmanship of the frame, nice and sturdy, beautiful in fact. And I'm taken aback by the lens craftsmanship, optically, prescription vision and transition wise, just WOW, major difference between Moscot and competitors lens! I'm so impressed with the glasses and customer service and their warm, helpful and kind demeanor! So thankful to have the Greps model in hand with my new prescription and with the needed prism lens. I wanted the Greps badly as the most eye-catching 2 color frame Moscot offers, with the change in vision, i finally had an excuse. I HIGHLY recommend Moscot to all my glasses wearing friends and I'm sticking by Moscot for all my future vision needs. 107 years in business and it's completely obvious both optically and in their service! I would, once again, 10/10 recommend the Greps model, and specifically the Honey/Tortoise color, to any potential Moscot buyer, hands down best frame and lens I've EVER had."
