How do I return my order? 


For MOSCOT.COM orders in the US, we accept returns for any order. Return shipping is on us!


Progressive Vision lenses are subject to a $100 restocking fee


For MOSCOT.COM orders outside the US, we accept returns for any order. International return shipping is the responsibility of the sender, so we recommend parcel tracking, as we are not responsible for any theft or loss during transport.


Single Vision prescription lenses are subject to a $50 restocking fee


Progressive Vision lenses are subject to a $100 restocking fee


Item(s) must be unused and free of any damage as well as purchased directly from MOSCOT.COM.


Click here to initiate your return within 10 calendar days of delivery.

All original packaging (case, chamois, tote bag, and warranty card) must be included.

Please include the original packing slip inside the return package, and/or include the order # for reference to avoid processing delays.

 

Once authorized, your return must be shipped within 28 days. Please ensure a copy of your return authorization is included with the item(s) and original packaging (case, chamois, tote bag, and warranty card) in the box.


Once we receive, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds are credited to the original payment method or offered as credit on MOSCOT.com. The return value is determined by the item(s)' retail price at time of purchase, and shipping charges are non-refundable.


Our return policy is superseded by any promotional terms and conditions, including but not limited to final sale (no returns/exchanges) items.



Can I return my online order at a MOSCOT shop?



Yes! We accept returns for any MOSCOT.COM order at any US Shop location. Find a Shop near you here. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accept returns for any MOSCOT.COM order at international Shop locations.



Thanks for accepting my return! But why haven’t I received my refund?



Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your bank account.

When Do I Receive My Order?



Once your order has been processed, it will ship from our NY Facility. For orders under $95, a shipping fee of $12 applies; for orders $95, Free Worldwide Shipping applies.


 

Ground Shipping: 2-7 Business Days
2-Day Shipping: 2 Business Days, $25 flat rate to anywhere in the United States.
Overnight: If you placed your order by 11am EST, this will be delivered by 10:30am the following business day once your order has been processed. We offer overnight shipping for a flat rate of $35 to anywhere in the United States.

 

MOSCOT is not responsible for damaged, delayed, lost or stolen orders.

 

If your order arrives damaged, we will initiate a claim on your behalf. Please retain all packaging and share pictures of the box; include angles from the top, bottom, either side of the box, along with the complete shipping label.

 

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist and locate your order. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier, typically taking 8-10 business days to complete. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite the process. If your package is not found by this time, we will replace your order.
