Not close to a Shop? Email support@moscot.com with the subject line “Repair Inquiry” and the following details:
- MOSCOT.COM 주문 번호 또는 매장에서 구매한 경우 송장 번호
- If purchased at a Shop or authorized MOSCOT stockist, name and location where the original purchase was made
- Reason for repair
- 손상이나 수리 이유 및 경첩의 클로즈업을 포함한 안경 의 선명한 이미지
Once we have peeked at the repair inquiry, we kindly request that you send your frames, enclosed with, provided, signed Repair Authorization Form to our warehouse. Once received, we confirm and finalize the order.
*Please keep in mind that repaired frames are not eligible for return

- Acetate temples (sold in pairs): $165
- Cable temples: $170
Please note there is a return shipping cost for the frames. We offer the following shipping methods:
