  • OD (Oculus Dexter): Right eye
  • OS (Oculus Sinister): Left eye
  • Sphere (SPH): Corrects nearsightedness (–) or farsightedness (+)
  • Cylinder (CYL) & Axis: Address astigmatism, or uneven curvature of the cornea
  • ADD: Extra magnification for reading or progressive lenses

All prescription lenses are fabricated in-house at the MOSCOT New York Lab, ensuring the highest standards in craftsmanship and quality control.

If you’re asking how long it takes to get prescription glasses, most MOSCOT orders are ready in 7-10 business days. Complex lenses – like progressives, high-index, or polarized tints – may need a few extra days.

The good news? Every pair is crafted in our very own state-of-the-art New York City laboratory, so we can keep a close eye on quality and timing – and keep you in the loop throughout the process.
