"I contacted MOSCOT regarding a quality issue with my new GRUNYA frame, but I did not receive a proper response. For a premium eyewear brand, the after-sales service has been very disappointing. The frame itself may have good design, but the customer support experience has seriously affected my trust in the brand. I would not recommend purchasing directly from the official website if after-sales support is important to you. It took more than a week to receive a proper response, and the proposed solution still requires me to spend additional time resolving a quality control issue that should never have reached the customer."

This is the width of the frame front from edge-to-edge.
MOSCOT recommends size based on face width: narrow for smaller faces and wide for larger faces.
NARROW
If your face is on the slimmer side or hats tend to be loose.
AVERAGE
Most MOSCOT customers are comfortable in this range. If you're unsure, choose these sizes.
WIDE
If your head is on the wider side or hats tend to be a bit snug.
EXTRA WIDE
If your head is especially wide, or hats require a bit extra room.
