MOSCOT proudly stands behind our glasses and clip-ons with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer's defect. Just what is a manufacturer's defect you may ask? A manufacturer's defect is any damage to the frame or clip-on parts, including hardware and hinges or discoloration of the frame or clip-on not associated with normal wear and tear. Example, the hinges on the temples are loose and will not tighten, that's a defect. 

Examples of damage that are not covered: Oy! Sat on my glasses - this is not covered under warranty. What about loss or theft of my glasses? While we are sad to hear someone absconded with your MOSCOTS or they were lost, they are not covered by the warranty. 

 

WARRANTY COVERAGE:

MOSCOT warrants the covered product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original buyer and customer must provide proof of purchase.

 

COVERED PRODUCT:

MOSCOT Eyeglasses, Sunglasses and Clips purchased from MOSCOT.COM, MOSCOT Retail Shops or an Authorized MOSCOT Stockist.

WARRANTY COVERAGE:

MOSCOT warrants the Covered Product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original buyer.
Within the warranty period, MOSCOT will repair or replace free of charge, any part proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by an authorized MOSCOT expert technician, or at an Authorized MOSCOT Stockist.

 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

  1. Only authentic MOSCOT products will be warranted.
  2. Repairs necessitated by use other than normal use, including but not limited to: damage, defect or breakage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, and improper or unreasonable use of the product.
  3. Normal wear including lens scratching or accidental frame wreckage.
  4. Frames that have been lost or stolen.
  5. Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a MOSCOT authorized technician.
  6. Clip-on warranty applies one time within one calendar year

    HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE:

    If you purchased your product on moscot.com and it is still within the Warranty Coverage period, please e-mail support@moscot.com with the subject line “Warranty Service Request” for instructions and support.
    Kindly note that MOSCOT does not cover the shipping costs for any warranty/repairs requests. We suggest you use a trackable shipping service as MOSCOT is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport.

     

    HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT MOSCOT RETAIL SHOPS:

    If you purchased your product at any of our MOSCOT shops and it is still within the Warranty Coverage period, please visit the MOSCOT Retail Shop where your purchase was originally made for help and support. 
    Warranty Service can only be obtained at the MOSCOT Shop where your purchase was originally made.

    If you purchased your product at an Authorized MOSCOT Stockist, and it is still within the Warranty Coverage period, please visit the Authorized MOSCOT Stockist where your purchase was originally made for help and support. 
    Warranty Service can only be obtained at the Authorized MOSCOT Stockist where your purchase was originally made.
