New York, February 28, 2015– MOSCOT, the New York City institution renowned worldwide for its iconic eyewear, and smart, internationally recognized for perfect urban mobility on two and four wheels, today debuted the smart fortwo edition MOSCOT, a limited edition smart fortwo cabrio — only 100 cars will be available worldwide — in honor of MOSCOT’s 100 Year anniversary.
The limited edition smart fortwo edition MOSCOT, a collaboration between the iconic brands, comes with The LEMTOSH smart, MOSCOT’s perennial favorite frame in the Company’s iconic colors, and The MOSCOT smart Drive Package, a set of three Clip-on Sun Lens combinations for an enhanced optical experience — everything you need to keep moving and stay original, whether on four-wheels, or two feet.
The smart fortwo edition MOSCOT makes its international debut at the MOSCOT 100 Year Anniversary party at the Officine Del Volo in Milan, Italy, before being showcased at the Geneva International Motor Show from March 5 – 15th, 2015.
The two-seater, convertible, smart fortwo edition MOSCOT sports a beautiful black interior and exterior, with MOSCOT’s iconic yellow color subtly weaved throughout for a match that’s perfectly coordinated with The LEMTOSH smart. The car’s shiny black exterior, deep black body panels, and matching black spokes in its light alloy wheels feature MOSCOT’s classic yellow accents on the tridion safety cell, door mirror caps, and around the rims, as well as other exterior accents. Luminous yellow accents carry through the smart fortwo edition MOSCOT’s predominately black leather interior, with subtle yellow accents on the instrument panel, knee pad, sports steering wheel, armrest, black door panels, instrument panels, door pockets and other interior elements, as well as yellow contrast stitching on the car’s black leather seats.
The smart fortwo edition MOSCOT marks another highlight in the lifecycle of the well-established smart fortwo, and the beginning of a new century of fun, fashion, and history from MOSCOT.
