US ORDERS: MOSCOT will gladly accept returns for any order from MOSCOT.COM within 10 calendar days of delivery. The item(s) must have been purchased directly from MOSCOT.COM and be unused and free of all damage. All original packaging must be intact (chamois, case and warranty card). Due to the highly customized nature of Progressive prescriptions, orders with Progressive Vision (multi-focal) lenses have a $100 restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: MOSCOT will gladly accept returns for any non-prescription or Single Vision prescription lens order within 10 calendar days of delivery. Single Vision prescription lens orders are subject to a $50 restocking fee. Due to the highly customized nature of Progressive prescriptions, orders with Progressive Vision (multi-focal) lenses have a $100 restocking fee.
