American-born chef and television personality, Alessandro Borghese, has made a name for himself in his ancestral home of Italy, since making his television debut in 2004. After graduating from the International School of Rome, Borghese embarked on his culinary journey taking a job as a cook on a cruise ship for three years. Since then, he has worked in kitchens in London, San Francisco, Paris, and New York, before returning to Italy. Since March 2014, Borghese has been a one of three judges, alongside Lidia Bastianich and Bruno Barbieri, on the hit reality show, Junior MasterChef Italy, and since March 2015, leads Sky 4’s series, Restaurants. While Borghese cooks up a storm, he does so in style with The MORRIS.
