A G-15 lens is a green-gray tinted lens originally developed for pilots. It allows 15% of visible light through while maintaining true-to-color clarity and high contrast. Perfect for reducing glare and eye strain, G-15 lenses are ideal for bright days and extended wear. Many MOSCOT SUN styles feature G-15 lenses for timeless appeal and crisp vision.

Here’s how to safely clean your MOSCOT sunglasses:

  1. Wash your hands with lotion-free soap.
  2. Rinse your frames with lukewarm (not hot) water.
  3. Add a drop of mild, moisturizer-free dish soap to the lenses.
  4. Gently massage with your fingertips.
  5. Rinse thoroughly and shake off excess water.
  6. Pat dry with a microfiber cloth, like our Pocket Chamois.
  7. Buff for a streak-free finish.

Don’t clean dry lenses – always rinse first.

Unfortunately, deep scratches can’t be buffed out. While minor smudges or debris can be cleaned, scratched lenses typically require replacement. To avoid damage, clean your sunglasses regularly with a microfiber cloth and store them properly.
