Bobby, Uncle Heshy's next door neighbor, was a hardworking kid that could never pull off the grades he aspired for. After leaving the city for more schooling, Bobby came back to the Big Apple a well-respected, top-of-the-class academic. With a high nose bridge and tall round lenses, these professorial inspired specs are dedicated to Bobby, and all of life's late BLUMAs.

Like The LEMTOSH, this "brother" from another mother, The BRUDE, shares its same round-square shape, and easy good looks, but is made from a metal acetate combination, and is rivet-free. First seen on brudes, dudes, and sisters in the 1960s, The BRUDE is subtly striking, and features detailed engraving on its bridge and temples.

We named The BREN for our beloved, longtime employee, Ida Wax, who worked for 40 years at MOSCOT from the 1960s through 1990s. A "Bren" incarnate, she was a firecracker of a woman, charismatic and full of energy, and an inspiration to everyone who knew and loved her.

Orchard Street resident and neighbor to Great great Grandpa Hyman, Walter Greenbaum was what we used to call a real "kibitser" - eccentric fellow - who liked to talk...all the time...to anyone within earshot...and even to those who weren't listening. Fortunately for Walter, Hyman was all ears. In honor of our late kibitser, we give you, The KIBITS.
