A "balebus" is someone who is resolute, indomitable, and steadfast - qualities Great Grandpa Hyman so admired, he "invented" the "word" balebus to "identify" a "balebuster" whenever he saw one. Nearly 100 years later, we Moscots still love us a balebus, but think this frame may be a more appropriate way to "identify" one.

A tad thinner and featuring uniquely shaped column rivets, good genes have done The EMIS good. Made from acetate with column rivets on the front and temples, a saddle bridge, and a five barrel hinge.

A favorite Moscot family tradition, Joel and the boys would close up shop and head down Broome street to Little Italy to snack on some tasty Zeppoles.
