While known as the black sheep of the family, Sol’s brother, Sam, was loved just the same. A bit of a rebel with a strong sense of self, when it came to matters of the family business, he fit in like a square peg to a round hole. Mirroring the rounded edges of this square-shaped frame, we made The MESHUG should you need a reminder to stand out.

Good ol' Uncle Harold, aka Uncle Hesh, and his best friend, William, never met an adult beverage they didn't like. Heshy called William Velvyl (a moniker earned whilst the two boozy buddies were farshnoshket). Velvyl wore these glasses, and only these glasses, his entire life. Ergo, The VELVYL! Cheers!

Named after the man who started it all... Great Grandpa Hyman. This NEBB meets VILDA number, with a few hardware embellishments thrown in, has a tad less attitude, but is definitely no wallflower.

Inspires by the Italian chef whipping up the treats, The TELENA is a little bit bigger and a whole lot bolder than our beloved LEMTOSH. The TELENA is a homage to those who carry traditions, even when far from home.

Either way, we love this new frame and Grandpa Sol. Made from acetate with column rivets on the front and temples, a key hole bridge, and a real five barrel hinge.

Orchard Street resident and neighbor to Great great Grandpa Hyman, Walter Greenbaum was what we used to call a real "kibitser"- eccentric - fellow who liked to talk...all the time...to anyone within earshot...and even to those who weren't listening.
