HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?


We accept returns for any non-customized MOSCOT frame, clip-on, and sunglass within 10 calendar days of the purchase date. Item(s) must be unused and free of any damage. All original packaging (chamois, case, and warranty card) must be included.
Prescription eyewear, as well as Custom Made Tints, transitional lenses, readers, non-prescription digital relief, and contact lenses are final sale (no returns/exchanges).
 
For MOSCOT purchases in the US, bring item(s) with receipt to any US Shop location. Find a Shop near you here. Refunds are credited to the original payment method or offered as credit; refunds for purchases made in cash are offered as credit. The return value is determined by the item(s)’ retail price at time of purchase, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

MY PRESCRIPTION HAS CHANGED! WHAT DO I DO?


No worries! If your prescription has changed within 30 days of receiving your glasses, we will remake your lenses! This one-time service is subject to a $30 remake fee, and your original lenses must be returned.
 

THANKS FOR ACCEPTING MY RETURN! BUT WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY REFUND?


Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your bank account.
