A nod to the famed eatery’s specialty and Abe’s specs, The KUGEL combines tasteful metal edges and delightful acetate curves, bringing a whole new flavor to the Lower East Side.

A "balebus" is someone who is resolute, indomitable, and steadfast - qualities Great Grandpa Hyman so admired, he "invented" the "word" balebus to "identify" a "balebuster" whenever he saw one. Nearly 100 years later, we Moscots still love us a balebus, but think this frame may be a more appropriate way to "identify" one.
