Congratulations on your purchase of MOSCOT Eyewear!

WARRANTY COVERAGE:

MOSCOT warrants the Covered Product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original buyer. For more information, please visit moscot.com.

 

CARE AND USE

On the rare occasion when you aren’t actually wearing your MOSCOT Eyewear, please store in its protective case to avoid damage or exposure to direct sunlight. Lenses are scratch resistant, but not scratch proof, so treat frame gingerly. Follow this mantra:

If not on your face, keep in the case!

 

SHOW YOUR GLASSES THE LOVE

To clean: blow loose particles off first, and then clean with MOSCOT chamois provided with your purchase. To make lenses sparkle: add a drop of liquid dish soap (moisturizer-free) to a bowl of water big enough to submerge your frames. Soak overnight and simply wipe clean in the morning with a premium paper towel (cheap paper towels and tissue paper are made with wood chips that can scratch precious lenses).

WARRANTY COVERAGE:

MOSCOT warrants the Covered Product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original buyer.

Within the warranty period, MOSCOT will repair or replace free of charge, any part proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by an authorized MOSCOT technician, or at an authorized MOSCOT stockist.

 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

  1. Only authentic MOSCOT products will be warranted.
  2. Repairs necessitated by use other than normal use, including but not limited to: damage, defect or breakage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, and improper or unreasonable use of the product.
  3. Normal wear including lens scratching or accidental frame wreckage.
  4. Frames that have been lost or stolen.
  5. Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a MOSCOT authorized technician.

 

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON MOSCOT.COM:

If you purchased your product on moscot.com and it is still within the Warranty Coverage period, please visit moscot.com and login to your account to REQUEST A NEW RETURN (RMA), which can be found under Returns in left column. Follow the instructions, making note that this is a Warranty Service return.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT MOSCOT RETAIL SHOPS IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY:

If you purchased your product in a US-based MOSCOT Retail Shop, and it is still within the Warranty Coverage period, please visit the MOSCOT Retail Shop closest to you to you for help and support.

 

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT MOSCOT RETAIL SHOPS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:

If purchased your product in a MOSCOT Retail Shop outside of the United States (i.e. MOSCOT London, MOSCOT Seoul, or MOSCOT Tokyo, and it is still within the Warranty Coverage period, please visit the MOSCOT Retail Shop where your purchase was originally made for help and support. Warranty Service can only be obtained at the MOSCOT Shop where your purchase was originally made.

 

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT AN AUTHORIZED US AND/OR INTERNATIONAL STOCKIST:

If purchased your product at an Authorized MOSCOT Stockist, and it is still within the Warranty Coverage period, please visit the MOSCOT Stockist where your purchase was originally made for help and support. Warranty Service can only be obtained at the MOSCOT Shop where your purchase was originally made.
