Ordering a MOSCOT frame with your eyeglass prescription:
We are more than happy to fill a Moscot frame (or any frame we carry in stock) with your current eyeglass prescription. Simply call our toll-free number (1-866-MOSCOTS) or email us at info@moscot.com to speak with an optician to decide what frame and lens option is best. Once decided, simply email or fax a valid copy of your latest eyeglass prescription along with your pupilary distance (the measurement between your pupils, also known as the black part of your eyes) so we can accurately fabricate your prescription glasses. Once your eyeglasses are ready you can either pick them up at a MOSCOT store, or we can messenger them locally or ship anywhere in the world.
Shipping and Handling:
Domestic Orders:
All orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX, depending on the type of delivery requested and time of day order your order is placed.
Ground delivery (four to seven business days) costs between $10.00 and $15.00 (US).
Second Day, Overnight and Saturday delivery rates start at $20.00.
Your order confirmation email will include either the UPS or FEDEX tracking number so you can see exactly when your order will arrive.

International Orders:
All international orders ship via FedEx International Economy, delivering in 2-5 business days and the prevailing FEDEX shipping rates apply.
Duties and Taxes:
Sorry, but MOSCOT is not responsible for any additional customs or duties charged by the recipient’s country. International shipping charges will be calculated based on the prevailing FEDEX rate schedule. Your order should arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of shipping.

Returns and Exchanges:
If for any reason you receive a MOSCOT frame and are not happy with it, SEND IT BACK!
We’re happy you gave it a try and perhaps we can exchange it for a different size, color or style?
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid for the product or merchandise exchange when returned within 90 days of the invoice date. Merchandise returned more than 90 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return. Receipt must accompany all returns for refund to be issued.

Please allow 3-7 business days for ONLINE refunds to be processed, and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the frame only; we are not able to refund shipping and handling charges.
Please note, if you had an eyeglass prescription mounted in a MOSCOT frame and want to return your glasses, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee on the retail price of the lenses.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure frames are in the same condition you received them in. Please pack frames in the similarly safe manner that you received them in when sending them back. Since eyeglasses are a small item, we strongly suggest sending them back by either UPS or FEDEX so a tracking number is attached to the delivery, just in case they are lost in transit.
